The Founder
The founder of WIN-WIN International LLC is Sharon Golczewski who had been working for a precious metal refining company for nearly 12 years starting with International Account Manager position and all the way moved up to the role of Executive Manager, Business Development when she left. With this company, she gained extensive experience in international business, import/export logistics, import/export compliance, global sourcing and supply chain management.
Born in China, Sharon came to the United States from New Zealand in 2006. Her entrepreneurial and business experience in diverse industries and different countries spans more than 25 years, from China to Thailand, from New Zealand to the United States, including food, agriculture, machinery parts, mining, textiles, private jet catering, precious metal refining, semiconductor, disinfectant wipes, and chemicals, etc.
Sharon graduated from the Massey University College of Business with First Class Honors for her master’s degree of Management in International Business in 2005. She also completed a postgraduate diploma in Marketing (Executive Program) from the highly respected business school at University of Auckland in 2006. Sharon has a postgraduate diploma in Business and Administration and a bachelor’s degree in international trade.
Sharon became a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) in February 2022 and is a member of the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM). She is also a Certified Classification Specialist™ (CCLS™).
Sharon is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and enjoys yoga, ice skating, golfing, traveling, reading, drums, as well as spending time with family and friends.
